Richard began his career at an international insurer where he initially underwrote risk for small to medium businesses.

Over a five year span with this insurer, Richard worked in a range of roles before settling into business development, working specifically with insurance brokers. It was in this role that he discovered a passion for insurance broking and advising, and hence decided to start his own broking business, partnering with an experienced work colleague

JM Insurance Services opened its doors in 2016 and has since been growing rapidly based on a genuine desire to find the best insurance solution for its client. The key to this growth has been a drive to understand the unique risk posed by each of its client’s businesses and then to build a tailored insurance program to address this.
