Patrick Chew Lending Specialist and Associate of Minnik Integrated Financial Solutions

Patrick Chew - Lending Specialist and Associate of Minnik Integrated Financial Solutions

Patrick has a genuine interest in helping clients. His focus is always on finding the best solution for each individual situation, not on taking the quickest, easiest path and just pushing a mortgage product.

In fact, in Patrick’s view, the product is the last step in the process. The first is to get to know your current financial situation and your future needs and goals and only then will he make any product recommendations.

With over 20 years consumer and business banking experience (including seven years as an owner-operator bank manager) and a successful financial planning background, Patrick is extremely skilled at helping people achieve their short- and long-term financial goals.

This unique insight and expertise enables him to recommend the right strategy, structure and solution for your situation.

Richard James

Insurance Broker – JM Insurance Services

Qualifications

Bachelor of Business, University of Technology Sydney

Certificate IV General Insurance Broking, ANZIIF

Minnik Integrated Financial Solutions Associate - Richard James

Richard began his career at an international insurer where he initially underwrote risk for small to medium businesses.

Over a five year span with this insurer, Richard worked in a range of roles before settling into business development, working specifically with insurance brokers. It was in this role that he discovered a passion for insurance broking and advising, and hence decided to start his own broking business, partnering with an experienced work colleague

JM Insurance Services opened its doors in 2016 and has since been growing rapidly based on a genuine desire to find the best insurance solution for its client. The key to this growth has been a drive to understand the unique risk posed by each of its client’s businesses and then to build a tailored insurance program to address this.
